A. All you need is a satellite dish pointing at your desired provider (ex. SKY IT) a Dreambox or similar receiver running CCcam and a broadband connection.

Q. Do you send me a card for my receiver box?
A. No, once you order from us a CCCAM we send you a 3 lines of codes which you insert into a file on your reciever. This tells the receiver where in the world our servers are and how to communicate with them.
For IPTV , we send you the plugin to use and the access ( login or link )
Q. How does card sharing work?
A. Card sharing is a method by which independent receivers obtain simultaneous access to a pay television network, using one legitimate conditional access subscription card. Typically, the legitimate card is attached to a personal computer or Dreambox which is connected to the Internet, and is configured to provide the legitimately decrypted control word to other receivers who request the information. This decrypted control word is then used to decode an encrypted conditional access service, as though each other receiver were using its own subscription card.
Q. Can I receive all the channels listed on your website?
A. You can receive only those channels that your satellite dish is able to receive. If you have a motorised system with a dish of a suitable size then it may be possible to receive all of the channels listed.
Q. What image do you recommend using on a Dreambox?
A. We recommend you install the firmware image Gemini 4.70 on your Dreambox as this is then the easiest software to use with your Dreambox.
Q. What CCcam do you recommend using on a Dreambox?
A. We recommend you use the latest version of CCcam ( currently 2.3.0 ) to connect to our servers.
Q. Do you support NewCamd, MgCamd, NewCS or any other softcam?
A. No. We support only CCcam clients. If you cannot connect to our CCcam servers then you will unfortunately not be able to use our service.
Q. Can I use a receiver other than a Dreambox?
A. You can use any receiver including PC based receivers that will run the softcam CCcam. Please check with the manufacturer of your receiver to see if it can use CCcam before joining the service.
Q. Do you offer a cheaper alternative with less packages, e.g. just for Astra2?
A. No. We only offer the one subscription option which includes all available packages.
Q. Will you send me the CCcam.cfg file?
A. Yes we will send you a config file you can upload to your receiver or else copy the C: lines from it to use withy any other configuration method.
Q. Can I reshare your C: line or use it on more than 1 receiver?
A. No. The C: line supplied will work only on 1 receiver at a time. USING IT ON MORE THEN ONE RECEIVER WILL GET YOU BANNED. If you need Reshare Lines please contact us.
Q. You advertise no freezing but I sometimes experience problems with the picture freezing or gittering. Is there anything I can do about this?
A. Pay TV services operate an encryption policy that requires your receiver to retrieve a new decoding word every few seconds. This does not involve a particularly large amount of bandwidth but it is time critical. Therefore, if one of these message is lost due to delays on the Internet, congestion on your line, or congestion at your ISP it is possible that your picture may freeze or become blocky for a few seconds.
To ensure you are receiving the best possible result from our service we would recommend that you do not run any other software on your home network at the same as you are watching television. If your connection to the Internet is busy downloading or for some other reason then this is likely to affect your viewing pleasure.
Please note that you can also only use your line on *one* receiver at a time. If you try to use it in more than one place at a time then the receivers will conflict with each other and cause similar problems.
Q. You offer a money back gaurantee, how does that work?
If within 24 hours of you placing and receiving your order from us, it is tested and does not perform in a way that you had expected, then you will be entitled to a full money back refund. If you use the service for longer than that time span and then decide to take the service from another provider or change your mind in any way then unfortunatly our gaurantee does not cover you. In order to request a refund, you must cancel your account on or before the 24 hours by submitting a claim to our contact form on contact us page. When we receive a claim we will try and solve the problem. If the problem persists we will issue a refundWe only accept cancellations through our contact form on contact us page., It is important to note that you will be responsible for all termination charges based on your cancellation.
